Improvement of settlement procedures and support convenience for artists
- Expanding guidance and training on fund use and settlement
- Settlement support through certified accounting firms
- Simplified settlement procedures for grants under KRW 3 million
Stable expert support across each field
- Expert-based evaluation panels tailored to each program and genre
- A responsibility-based evaluation system covering selection, monitoring, consulting, and assessment
- Mentorship and professional critique support for artist development
Expansion of program durations and support measures
- Diversification into performing arts, visual arts, interdisciplinary arts, art-tech convergence, and public art
- Broader support areas including creation, domestic and international exchange, education, and forums
- Spatial support at Seongnam Arts Center

A process-based, step-by-step artist support system
- Step-by-step support for youth arts activities (preparation / pre-production & trial operation / presentation)
- Introduction of an additional-point system through continued responsibility-based evaluation
Strengthening the artist support network in Seongnam
- Greater communication with the Foundation through orientations, monitoring, result-sharing, and online information
- Support for spontaneous network development among artists and organizations through opportunities for exchange and collaboration
Building a support platform for Seongnam artists
- Platform pages offering artist support systems, cultural resources, and archival information
- Establishing a two-way communication channel for artists
Supporting the further development of artistic works
- Helping to make outstanding works and groups become a part of the Seongnam Festival
- Operating the Artist Support Roundtable and Forum to explore ways to revitalize artistic creation in Seongnam
