When you use a browser, it saves some information from websites in its cache and cookies. Clearing them fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites.

1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete on your keyboard. (This will open the 'Clear browsing data' window directly.)
2. Select 'All time' for the Time range.
3. Check 'Cached images and files' and click the 'Clear data' button. (Note: For Edge, the button is labeled 'Clear now'.)

1. How to Request a Cash Receipt during Ticket Reservation

In the final step of the reservation process, click the “Request Cash Receipt” button in the payment details pop-up window.
Once redirected to My Page, the cash receipt request can be completed.

2. If a Cash Receipt Was Not Requested During Ticket Reservation

Log in to the Seongnam Arts Center website → go to "My Page" → select “Reservation Details and Cancellation” → click the reservation number → click the “Request Cash Receipt” button.

If the message “This page cannot be displayed” appears after identity verification on pages such as Sign Up or ID/Password Recovery, please adjust the Internet Options settings as shown below.

In the Internet Options window, go to the Advanced tab, check SSL 3.0, TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, and TLS 1.2, then refresh the page and try connecting again.

If login fails in Internet Explorer 8, your browser settings must be adjusted.

1. Click Menu > Tools > Internet Options.
2. Select Security tab > Internet > Custom Level.
3. Scroll down to Scripting > Active Scripting > Enable, then click OK.
4. If a warning message appears as shown below, click “Yes.”

We are not conducting regular recruitment at this time. Occasional postings will be made when deemed necessary.

When recruitment begins, all announcements are posted on the foundation’s website.

Ushers are recruited periodically, and the recruitment notice is posted in the announcements section of the website.

The theater opens 30 minutes before the performance, so it is recommended to arrive at least 30 minutes early.

For rental performances, mid-entry policies may vary depending on the organizer’s request. For planned performances, mid-entry policies may also differ depending on the nature and conditions of the performance.

Our theater operates under an assigned seating system, so moving to empty seats is not allowed.

Most performances allow entry to children aged 7 and older (school-age children), while children’s performances require a minimum age of 24 months.  

Younger children are restricted because crying or restlessness may disrupt the experience for other audience members.

Please check the age requirement before reserving tickets to avoid any inconvenience.
