  • The Seongnam Arts Center Information Desk (I-Plaza) provides information on performances, exhibitions, and programs operated by the Seongnam Cultural Foundation.
  • The desk also offers services such as performance ticket reservations and mobile phone charging.
  • A rapid charger for electric wheelchairs and scooters is available at I-Plaza to support visitor accessibility

Lost and Found Services

  • Lost items found within the Seongnam Arts Center are stored at the Information Desk (I-Plaza).
  • Visitors who have lost an item may check the Lost and Found board and contact the Information Desk for assistance.

    • Operating Period :Monday–Sunday, 09:00–18:00 (Closed during lunch 12:00–13:00)
  • Lost Item Collection
    Items are collected by theater ushers, security personnel, and other staff.
  • Lost Item Storage
    Collected items are recorded in the management log and stored at the Information Desk for up to three months.
  • Return to Owner
    Items are returned after ownership is verified and the management log is signed.
  • Transfer to Police or Disposal
    Valuables are transferred to the police if unclaimed within seven days of collection. Other items are disposed of after the holding period (3 months).
