Ticket reservation guide
Online Booking
- Booking Hours : Available 24 hours (Online booking available up to 2 hours before the performance)
- How to Book : Sign up & Log in → Select Performance → Select Date/Time/Seats → Select Payment Method/Pay/Complete
- Booking Fee : No fee is charged when booking through the Seongnam Arts Center website.
- Payment Methods
- Credit Card : Payment is completed immediately upon using a credit card.
- Bank Transfer : A virtual account number will be created upon selecting bank transfer.
This account number is unique to each reservation, and payment is completed only when the exact amount is deposited.
(It is acceptable if the depositor's name differs from the booker's name.)
The virtual account is valid until 11:59 PM on the day following the reservation; it expires automatically afterward, making deposit impossible.
(Online deposits may be restricted after 11:30 PM depending on the bank.)
Bank transfer payments are available up to 4 days before the performance date.

- How to Book : Visit the i-Plaza (Information Center) at Seongnam Arts Center to book immediately.
(Tickets can be picked up at the first-floor box office of the venue 1 hour and 30 minutes before the performance.)

Ticket Pickup Information
On-Site Pickup
- To pick up booked tickets on site, please visit the i-Plaza (Information Center) at Seongnam Arts Center. You must bring the purchaser’s ID and the reservation number.
(For reservations made through ticketing services other than the Seongnam Arts Center website, call center, or NOL Ticket, tickets can be picked up at the box office on the first floor of the venue starting 1 hour and 30 minutes before the performance. This applies to ticketing vendors such as promoters, Coupang, Auction, Culture Voucher, Clip Service, etc.)
- Tickets can be picked up at the first-floor box office of the venue 1 hour and 30 minutes before the performance.
- Tickets may be picked up by someone other than the purchaser. However, if a discounted ticket was booked, the actual attendee must visit in person with valid proof of eligibility. (ex. Disability discount, National Merit discount)
Delivery
- Tickets booked online or by phone can be received via postal delivery.
- Delivery Fee: 3,700 KRW : Tickets are shipped within 3–4 days after payment is completed. (Available only until 14 days prior to the performance date)
- If you change from delivery to on-site pickup after requesting delivery, the delivery fee is non-refundable.

Cancellations or changes are not allowed on the performance day.
Cancellation Fees (In accordance with Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards)
Important Notes
- All discounts are applied based on the attendee, not the purchaser.
- To change a booked ticket, contact the call center (1544-8117). Changes require making a new reservation and then canceling the previous one.
- If the new ticket price is lower than the original (partial cancellation or downgrading seats), a cancellation fee will apply.
- For bank transfer payments, the refund amount equals the payment minus the cancellation fee (no remittance fee applied).
- For bank transfer payments, the account holder’s name must match the reservation holder’s name.
- If the tickets have already been delivered, cancellation cannot be made online or by phone.
The tickets must arrive at the NOL Ticket Customer Service Center before the cancellation deadline. Cancellation fees are applied based on the arrival date.
