Tickets may be picked up at the ticket booth on the day of the performance by presenting your reservation number, name, phone number, or ID, or they may be delivered by mail prior to the performance.
However, this varies by performance, and mail delivery is available only if the reservation is made at least one week prior to the performance date.
You may also collect your ticket in advance by visiting the Information Desk (I-Plaza) during operating hours.
A mailing fee applies for ticket delivery.
For discounted tickets requiring ID or verification documents, advance ticket pickup is not available. Tickets can only be collected on the day of the performance after verification at the ticket booth.
